With the signs of spring everywhere and lighter evenings now in full swing, we’re delighted to announce an evening to celebrate the brighter months ahead!
Join us at The Bull on the 25th of April for a spectacular seven-course tasting event, offering guests the chance to dine on specially selected produce showcasing the key flavours of this wonderful time of year.
What sets our tasting evenings apart is the creativity that goes into every dish. We aim to experiment, excite and educate customers, with everything thoughtfully prepared by our outstanding team behind the pass. This is an opportunity for the team to forget the margins and the pub classics and really explore current seasonal flavours and produce.
During the course of the evening, we’ll share the inspiration behind our dishes, talk about cooking techniques, and discuss the importance of sourcing local, fresh ingredients.
