The Feast of Saint Valentine: Nine-Course Tasting Menu
We pride ourselves on the creativity that goes into every dish featured in our tasting evenings, with Valentine’s Day being no exception. For our kitchen team and brand new head chef, Sam (Sturman), it’s a chance to showcase and explore what inspires them.
We aim to experiment, excite, and educate customers with our tasting menu. Each dish is a work of art, thoughtfully prepared with seasonal produce and the finest ingredients. During the course of the evening, we’ll share the stories behind our dishes, talk about cooking techniques, and discuss the importance of sourcing local, fresh ingredients.
