This November, the team takes inspiration from the master of fire and outdoor cooking, Chef Francis Mallmann, to bring a little heat to our Nordic-influenced end-of-autumn tasting evening.

With a chill in the air and autumn drawing to a close, there’s no better time for our Chefs to showcase their talents by embracing the flavours of the season. 

We’d like to invite you to join us at our upcoming November tasting evening. Where we’ll be celebrating a beautiful Norse-style menu and getting back to our roots with some outdoor pit cooking! As always the team will be serving up a selection of elevated, one-off dishes.

What sets our tasting evenings apart is the creativity that goes into every dish. For our team, this is an opportunity to forget the margins and the classic go-to’s and really showcase & explore what inspires them. November’s seven-course menu is truly outstanding.

We aim to experiment, excite, and educate customers with our tasting menu. Each dish is a work of art, thoughtfully prepared with seasonal produce and the finest ingredients. During the course of the evening, we’ll share the stories behind our dishes, talk about cooking techniques, and discuss the importance of sourcing local, fresh ingredients.
